Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the condition you received them, unused, with their tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Only if you comply with these conditions can we accept returned items.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
European Union 14-day cancellation period
Regardless of the above, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to present proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you after we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns due to defects or damage
In case of damage or defect, you must contact Inova4all in advance. We will arrange for the item to be transported to our store and for reshipment. at no cost to the customer.
Returns and order cancellations
- Cancellation of an order must be done via email, and you must always indicate your order number.
- Cancellation, if payment has already been made, must be done as soon as possible.
- Cancellation only becomes effective after our store sends an email confirming it.
- It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped.
